Volunteering:
Hindu Temple and Cultural Center of Windsor (HTCCW) hosts many community development activities to show-case our rich heritage and culture. These activities bring people of diverse cultural background together under one roof.  We feel that HTCCW is a part of our life and has created a sense of belongingness to an extended family in Canada.  This has been made possible with dedicated volunteers like you!

We thank you for choosing HTCCW to share your rich experience, skills and valuable time to strengthen the organization and our Hindu community at large. Volunteers are the backbone of our temple and cultural center.  Without volunteers charitable organizations such as ours would be pretty mechanical and mundane.
To invite and recognize everyone’s contribution, HTCCW launched a Volunteer Program, a step forward in making the volunteering experience more enjoyable for all age groups (see Volunteer Program flyer).  This is a structured program, designed to define volunteer positions and outline responsibilities for every activity chosen by community members  in order to contribute constructively to our overall development. This will also generate opportunities for university, college and high school students who need volunteer hours to graduate from their study programs.
We invite everyone who is interested in volunteering with HTCCW, to fill out the intake form indicating your areas of interest so that we can better utilize your expertise and coordinate the volunteer program.  Those who are already involved in leading current activities will be approached to incorporate those activities in the HTCCW Volunteer Program.
As a volunteer, you will find your time spent at HTCCW very rewarding.

Welcome aboard!
